Federick Douglas Blvd is speckled with a diverse and vibrant restaurant and bar community (i.e., Harlem Tavern, Lido, Awaze Ethiopian, and many more). Cafes, delis, banks, and 24-hour pharmacy/convenience stores are all steps away.
Grocery stores are conveniently located, Aldi, and Brooklyn’s own Lincoln Market are steps away. Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s on Harlem’s historic 125th Street. Magnificent Summer and Fall mornings can be enjoyed at any one of Harlem’s parks every minute away (i.e., Marcus Garvey Memorial Park, Morningside Park, and Central Park. Columbia University's main campus is an eight-minute walk, and City College is just a ten-minute subway ride
